Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.
Handle MOM, CPF, and IRAS matters, including work pass applications/renewals and statutory claims (NS, childcare, maternity, paternity).
Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Liaise with insurance providers on employee-related matters.
Provide backup support for accounting functions.
Handle daily accounting transactions, AP/AR, cash receipts, and expenses.
Manage petty cash and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain proper filing and document control.
Perform ad hoc administrative and accounting duties.
