Job Summary
Manage comprehensive HR and accounting functions including payroll processing, compliance with MOM and tax regulations, worker accommodation administration, and financial reporting to support operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Process full payroll using MOM portal and HR e-services to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
- Prepare and present HR reports to management to inform decision-making and policy development
- Lead the organization, maintenance, and development of HR policies to align with company and regulatory standards
- Manage company worker accommodation including dormitory rental contracts, check-in/out procedures, and related administrative tasks
- Coordinate government license applications and renewals, including ISO certification compliance
