HR Data Management Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of HR data across SAP SuccessFactors and connected platforms. Acting as a guardian of HR data, the role supports robust data governance, enables accurate reporting and insights, and works closely with HR data stewards and stakeholders to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve HR data processes.You will:

support and manage processes ensuring data quality in SAP SuccessFactors and data consistency across platforms

perform data quality diagnostics, define rules for tool data synchronization (between core HR and other systems) and set up processes/governance for data correction in collaboration with other stakeholders

work with and support HR data stewards on simplification/standardization of HR data
