This role leads HR digital transformation initiatives, oversees HR systems (particularly Odoo HRMS), and drives data analytics, process optimisation, and talent acquisition strategies.
Nature & ScopeThe role is responsible for driving technology adoption, improving HR processes through automation and data analytics, and ensuring the effective utilisation of HR systems. It also manages the Talent Acquisition function, including recruitment strategy, employer branding, and hiring processes to attract and secure quality talent. In addition, the role supports onboarding, employee engagement activities, and office administration when required.
