Overview
Lead the creation, review, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures that support a compliant and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and alignment with company values and vision.
- Provide executive-level HR advice and reporting. Manage HR budgeting and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Master's degree or MBA (is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or executive HR role.
- Certification/Licenses: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, CHRP
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, Proficiency with HR systems and data analysis, Strong Management and Leadership.
