- Handling of Administrative matters and HR matters.

- Payroll

- Work Pass Application

- Document preparation, data entry and filing

- Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and infotech)

- Arrange for trainings and appointments

- Renewal of license

- Handle and arrange for new employee and for repatriation.

- Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned

Requirements

- Min 1 yr experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Compulsory: Words and Excel)

- Effective communication skills, in both English and Mandarin

- Efficiency and accuracy

- Cooperative team member

- Willing to learn
