Manage Hire-to-Retire lifecycle of an Employee Experienced in IT Hiring. Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till Employee separation and post separation as well. Attendance Management Leave Management Manage Onboarding Manage Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Manage Payroll Manage Rewards & Recognitions for Employees Requirements A candidate with minimum graduation in HR stream.
Excellent communication skills -Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in HR Domain. They must be able to work independently and with little supervision. Good Communication Skills (Oral and written), Task and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure, Knowledge of Product and Good Computer Skills.
