Position: HR Executive
We are looking for a driven, people‑focused HR professional to join our team as an HR Executive – someone passionate about building great teams, shaping company culture, and driving people excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
- Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance to maintain a positive work environment
