Job Description

Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing:
Managing full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations:
Resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and improving employee engagement. Payroll & Benefits:
Processing payroll, managing compensation, and administering benefits. Compliance & Administration:
Maintaining employee records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Performance Management:
Assisting with employee evaluations and disciplinary actions. Job Requirements Min Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of labor regulations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and QuickHR software Strong interpersonal skills. Highly meticulous, dependable and trustworthy in handling payroll matters Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Can commit 3-4days per week (Average 6hrs per day)
