Job Description

Role: Team Member HR Location: Sinnar, Nashik Experience: 7- 9 Years Qualification : MBA / MPM / MSW HR Responsibilities: Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, CTC fitment, and F&F settlements. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, OT, audits). Handle onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, and exit formalities. Manage manpower planning with contractors and apprentice programs (NAPS/NATS). Support IR, grievance handling, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions. Oversee plant administration (canteen, security, transport, travel bookings). Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, budgets, and lead employee engagement activities. Competencies: Excellent communication & active listening Sensitive and employee-friendly approach Strong C&B and payroll management skills Grievance handling & dispute resolution Soft skills & interpersonal ability Accurate data management and documentation skills *Candidate should be join Immediate or 30 Days notice period.
