Reporting to the HR Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overall/end-to-end payroll processes within the organization. As a member of the Human Resource department, you shall be required to contribute to the general department's objective, including attending to employee's HR‑related queries and maintaining confidential information.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for payroll (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) processing and handle payroll related matters
  • Responsible for ad‑hoc payments (e.g., final salary processing, medical claims, letter issuance)
  • Responsible for statutory payment submissions, such as CPF, IR21, IR8A, etc.
  • Responsible for submission of Government Paid Leaves (GPL)
  • Generate monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting
