We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Executive (Payroll) to manage end-to-end payroll administration. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining proper payroll records in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate payroll reports and support finance with payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
