Job Role & Responsibilities
The responsibility to support and gradually undertake the entire on-boarding process for new employees is a fundamental part of this role. In addition, the role requires hands in involvement to meeting, interviewing and inducting new employees to better achieve a successful long term fit in the company.
The responsibility to accurately and efficiently manage and maintain overall employee database records in information systems is expected. Also the incumbent will help produce up to date HR metrics and key indicators to support management decision making and direction.
