Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation through SharePoint and infotech systems.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
  • Support in Talent Management initiatives as required, including internship programs.
  • Support the department with all employee welfare initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in surveys and government grants.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in administrative matters.
  • Any other duties and HR functions as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related discipline
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Knowledgeable in common HR practices and Employment Act
