Mon - Fri Office Hours

• Manage complex employee relations and disciplinary issues
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Coordination and presentation of HR initiatives communication to relevant stakeholders whenever required
• Collaborates with HR colleagues to achieve operational excellence and consistent high quality of HR processes and services
• Proactively work with process owners and stakeholders to continuously simplify and standardize processes and systems to enhance efficiency and eliminate non-value adding activities
