Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure timely completion of documentation
- Assist in manpower planning and hiring coordination to meet operational needs
2. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits - Assist with payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Administer employee benefits, leave records, and compensation-related matters
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
3. HR Administration & Employee Records - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure proper filing systems and audit readiness
