Responsibilities :
. Assist in recruitment such as sourcing, screening, arrange interview, make offer to candidates.
. Team up with schools for internship program.
. Arrange entry permit for new workers.
. Process work pass application for foreign employees (new and renewal).
. Arrange primary care plan for foreign employees (SP & WP holders).
. Prepare employment letter and monitor confirmation.
. Maintain the employee records, files and information.
. Administer leave applications, courses registration, work pass expiry for renewal.
. Arrange medical check-up for staff and workers related to work pass application/renewal.
. File claims to authorities (government paid leaves, levy waivers, absentee for attending courses).
. Enroll insurance for new hires and renew the policies yearly.
. Assist in company annual event.
. Undertake any other related duties ...
