Job Description

Duties:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Ensure prompt processing of work passes and employment contracts, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Comfortable conducting presentations and planning employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Coordinate staff interest groups and organise company-wide bonding initiatives and events.
  • Oversee and support employee programmes and activities.
  • Proactively handle and manage employee relations matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and surveys for submission and analysis purposes.
  • Review, draft, and improve HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and functions.
