Job Description
Duties: - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure prompt processing of work passes and employment contracts, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Comfortable conducting presentations and planning employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Coordinate staff interest groups and organise company-wide bonding initiatives and events.
- Oversee and support employee programmes and activities.
- Proactively handle and manage employee relations matters.
- Prepare HR reports and surveys for submission and analysis purposes.
- Review, draft, and improve HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and functions.
- Liaise with external trainers and vendors to coordinate training programmes and course arrangements.
