We are looking for a part-time HR Executive (4 Hours a day) to manage our companys recruiting and employee engagement. HR Executive responsibilities include managing HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have some background in Human Resources departments.

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Deal with employees queries related to HR including salaries etc. Schedule interviews with candidates and onboard new employees using HRIS.
