INSPRY Solutions has teamed up with a large non-profit organization located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago who is in search of an HR Generalist. Please note that this role will be fully onsite and operate Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm



Job Responsibilities: 

• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience


• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies and procedures


• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
