Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). We are using Sprout software

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to integrate them into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
