Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for (agents, support, and leadership positions), including high-volume and ramp hiring.
  • Conduct HR interviews onsite and offsite; screen candidates and endorse qualified applicants to accounts based on hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with account managers and operations to meet manpower targets and turnaround timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, external advertisements, and candidate databanks.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of candidate files, interview assessments, and hiring documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and deployment of new hires to assigned accounts.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes and support employee movement within accounts.
