The role leads investigations into employee relations issues and supports policy compliance and risk mitigation within the HR function.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee relations issues, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying, and policy violations.

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned cases from intake to resolution, including evidence gathering, interviews with involved parties and witnesses, and documenting findings.

  • Identify potential risks and escalate complex or high-risk cases to HR leadership.

  • Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures, ensuring all investigative actions comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
