Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to support our Cebu operations. This role covers HR tasks, but is not limited to these duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new hires (job offers, contracts, orientation, Sprout registration)
- Coordinate employee benefits, government‑mandated contributions (SSS, Pag‑IBIG, PhilHealth), and HMO enrollment
- Assist employees with HR‑related inquiries and support
- Maintain and organize HR records; scan, upload to DocHub, and save in Sprout
- Monitor probationary schedules, referral bonuses, and headcount reports
- Support offboarding processes, including exit clearance, interviews, and documentation (COE, quitclaims)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
