HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join the RatedPower team based in Madrid, Spain . This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for people leaders, managers, employees, and other HR team members on HR operational queries.
• Support the administration of new hires, employee life‑cycle changes, and offboards.
• Partner on all employee relations, leaves, and legal matters in partnership with the HR BPs or the HR Manager.
• Work with the Global Benefits team to support the administration of the benefit programs.
• Work with the Talent Excellence team and the HR Business Partners to support the successful roll‑out of all Talent Initiatives (performance, development, compensation, and career).
