Summary
The HR Generalist include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring policy compliance, and handling HR administrative tasks.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers and schedule pre-recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
- Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
- Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow-up information from hiring managers for follow-up to candidates.
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
- Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.
