HR Generalist Needed – Short-Term Coverage
We’re currently seeking an HR Generalist for short-term coverage support. Looking for someone professional, organized, and experienced in handling a variety of HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Assist with employee relations and HR inquiries
+ Maintain employee records and HR systems
+ Support recruiting and interview scheduling
+ Assist with benefits administration and compliance tasks
Requirements

+ Previous HR Generalist or HR support experience
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Experience with HRIS systems preferred
+ Knowledge of HR policies and compliance practices
