Job Description

• Maintain accurate employee records related to grievances, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and employee movements.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and grievances while protecting both employee welfare and company interests.
• Promote healthy employee relations and foster a supportive and compliant work environment.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary cases and extraordinary situations.
• Draft show-cause memoranda, monitor timely submission of employee responses, and prepare documentation for disciplinary proceedings.
• Attend employee conferences and hearings, prepare minutes of meetings, and ensure proper documentation and sign-off.
