Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations and full cycle hiring process.
  • Handle annual salary review and bonus process by working closely with all Business Line leaders to ensure salaries and bonuses proposed are within approved budget.
  • Assist and participate in the annual manpower budget exercise jointly with Finance to ensure timely and in full submission of the budget.
  • Analyse trends in benefits especially medical benefits and insurances for insights and market trends in developing a compelling and competitive proposal for annual insurances renewal and forward‑looking benefits to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
  • Assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
