Job Description

  • Drive employee experience initiatives across onboarding, talent development & L&D
  • Design and implement onboarding programs, career frameworks, and development plans
  • Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines and support succession planning
  • Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives using data insights
  • Manage training programs, needs analysis, and track effectiveness/ROI
  • Provide HR advisory support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, IHRP) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to onboarding, learning & development, and talent development.
  • Experience building career frameworks, competency models, or L&D programs from scratch.
