Job Description
- Drive employee experience initiatives across onboarding, talent development & L&D
- Design and implement onboarding programs, career frameworks, and development plans
- Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines and support succession planning
- Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives using data insights
- Manage training programs, needs analysis, and track effectiveness/ROI
- Provide HR advisory support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, IHRP) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to onboarding, learning & development, and talent development.
