Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a well-established organization to recruit an HR Generalist. This is a hands‑on role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting day‑to‑day HR operations while working closely with leadership and employees across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee support, HR administration, and disability claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support disability claims administration including Short‑Term Disability (STD), Long‑Term Disability (LTD), and WCB claims management, coordinating with insurance providers, employees, and leadership on return‑to‑work and modified duties programs
