Job Responsibilities - Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring process
- Review and implement HR policies and procedures across Singapore, China, and Vietnam offices
- Manage compensation & benefits matters including payroll, insurance, performance review, and staff benefits
- Coordinate training and staff development programs
- Provide HR support and advisory to employees and management
