Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Maintain and analyze HR-related data such as training data and engagement metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports for HR insights and decision‑making
- Assist in staff movement endorsement for insurance coverage including Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident, Group Hospitalization, Outpatient, Dental & Optical
- Handle employee enquiries related to insurance coverage and liaise with vendors
- Support insurance invoicing by providing cost centre breakdown details to Finance and resolving invoice issues with vendors
- Assist in AEON vouchers distribution and record keeping for occasions like weddings and retirements
