Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Maintain and analyze HR-related data such as training data and engagement metrics
• Develop dashboards and reports for HR insights and decision‑making
• Assist in staff movement endorsement for insurance coverage including Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident, Group Hospitalization, Outpatient, Dental & Optical
• Handle employee enquiries related to insurance coverage and liaise with vendors
• Support insurance invoicing by providing cost centre breakdown details to Finance and resolving invoice issues with vendors
• Assist in AEON vouchers distribution and record keeping for occasions like weddings and retirements
• Manage Shell card distribution to employees upon parcel delivery
