Assess training and development needs across departments
Design and deliver effective training programs (onboarding technical soft skills leadership etc.)
Manage the full L&D cycle from needs analysis to evaluation
Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions
Monitor and track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
Organize workshops e-learning seminars and external training sessions
Maintain and update training records calendars and budgets
Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives
Stay up to date with L&D trends best practices and tools
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
