HR Manager

Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Estimated Salary: AED 20-30K pm total package + Medical Insurance for self only + Annual Flight for self only + Visa for self only + Bonus (discretionary, performance based)

Working week: 6 days per week, office based in Mussafah Industrial Area.

Our client, a large oil & gas fabrication organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.

Required Profile

• 10+ years' hands‑on HR experience
• Background in construction, heavy manufacturing, steel, oil & gas
• Experience managing large blue‑collar workforces
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
