Foundry is seeking a strategic, confident, and business-oriented HR Manager to support our APAC workforce. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, this role will lead key HR initiatives, partner closely with leadership, and drive programs that enhance both employee experience and business performance.
The HR Manager will build strong relationships across the organisation, provide coaching to managers and employees at all levels, and deliver practical, forward‑thinking solutions to evolving business needs. This individual will also play a key role in shaping Foundry’s people strategy by contributing to cross‑functional HR initiatives and projects.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the business, with the ability to translate organizational goals and challenges into effective HR strategies and actions.
