Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Support a project‑driven technical service environment with HR best practices.
