Job Description
Key Performance Areas
- Manage and Oversee Payroll duties including accurate and timeous processing of payroll including normal and overtime pay for all employees
- Manage and review all payroll-related functions submitted by the HR Administrators
- Identify and correct all occupational info, leave balance and engagement and or termination errors before final processing of payroll
- Prepare and submit the Annual Employment Equity report to the Department of Employment and Labour
- Ensure the Company’s adherence to the Skills Development Act including constituting the Skills Development Committee (SDC)
- Assist in preparation for internal and external audits relating to BBB-EE, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act
Requirements
- Post-matric HR tertiary qualification.
- A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
