Job Description

Key Performance Areas

  • Manage and Oversee Payroll duties including accurate and timeous processing of payroll including normal and overtime pay for all employees
  • Manage and review all payroll-related functions submitted by the HR Administrators
  • Identify and correct all occupational info, leave balance and engagement and or termination errors before final processing of payroll
  • Prepare and submit the Annual Employment Equity report to the Department of Employment and Labour
  • Ensure the Company’s adherence to the Skills Development Act including constituting the Skills Development Committee (SDC)
  • Assist in preparation for internal and external audits relating to BBB-EE, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act

Requirements

  • Post-matric HR tertiary qualification.
  • A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
