The HR Manager is responsible for proactively leading and managing all aspects of tactical HR support for managers and employees within Red Bull Japan by providing professional operational HR services that are aligned with the regional and global HR Strategy. The HR Manager will also support the HR Director on identifying and executing initiatives that will enable business performance through our HR Value Chain (Select, Manage, Develop, Grow & Reward).
The HR Manager works directly with functional business teams and needs to be proactive in working with functional managers to enable high performance. The HR Manager understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organisation to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.
