HR Manager - Leadership Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a successful and growing multi-site organisation. This is a strategic and operational role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement and partnering with senior leadership to deliver an exceptional people strategy.

Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, you will lead the HR function, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, compliant and commercially focused HR service across the business.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and developing the HR team while ensuring HR processes, policies and systems support the wider business objectives. This is a varied role combining operational HR, employee relations, compliance, payroll collaboration, organisational development and people management.
