HR Manager, People & Leader Advisory provides Tier 2 HR consultation and advisory support to leaders, managers and employees across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Based in Singapore, this role serves as the regional HR specialist for Southeast Asia, providing expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, local employment laws, HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle matters, statutory requirements, policy interpretation, organizational health and employee engagement.
