- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and corporate standards
- Oversee and continuously improve core HR processes, including:
recruitment and onboarding,
talent development and training,
performance management,
employee engagement initiatives,
compensation & benefits,
internal communication and employer branding
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
- Build strong employee relations and coordinate communication with employee representatives/unions where applicable
