The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and corporate communication while maintaining a positive organizational culture.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, exit process).
Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.
Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).
