1.Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance and support in HR matters.
  • 2. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company’s C&B policies.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits compliance with global and local legal requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits 
  • 3. HR Programs & Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports to HQ, detailing key metrics and insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
