This is not a routine HR role. You will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a high-volume, operations-driven environment.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Leading and structuring the internal HR function across multiple business units
Strengthening HR operations, processes, and governance
Overseeing payroll, compliance, and workforce management at scale
Managing and guiding an existing HR team (operations,admin, recruitment)
Supporting business expansion, including new ventures and outsourced HR services
Acting as a key partner to management on workforce strategy and execution
