Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience as HR MANAGER.
• Bachelor Degree in H.R, Business Admin or Psychology.
• Good in communication skills, oral & written.
• Good in Organizational skills esp. HR system.
• With knowledge of Labor Law
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Creating strategic HR plans
• Administering compensation and benefits programs
• Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
• Supporting the performance review process
• Resolving conflict among employees
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
• Forecasting future staffing needs
