Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee performance management, including KPI setting, evaluations, and succession planning.
