Position: HR Manager
Salary Range: Around PHP 35,000 to 50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for overall personnel management within the company and must be capable of handling complex HR matters. Key duties include:
- Managing employee relations and maintaining smooth communication between Filipino staff and the company
- Handling conflicts, disputes, and internal HR issues professionally
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance matters
- Coordinating with government agencies for HR-related compliance, including DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, permits, and documentation
