Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and HR documentation. Maintain employee records and support HR administration. Handle employee relations and HR‑related queries. Manage NAFIS , pension administration , and Emiratization processes. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE. Hands‑on experience with NAFIS, pension, and Emiratization. Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law. Strong communication and organizational skills.
