Location: Derry

Salary: £27,000+ plus 34 days holidays, pension contributions, healthcare and hybrid working

We are partnering with a specialist employment law team of solicitors and expert employment lawyers to recruit a 2 year, CIPD Level 3 (or above) certified HR officer into their team in Derry.

The company provides specialist HR advisory services to clients in a range of areas covering:

1. Grievance and disciplinary
2. Compliance assessments of workplaces
3. Reviewing and drafting policies and procedures
4. Drafting and updating new employment contracts, termination/settlement agreements and director service agreements.
5. Representation for Employment Tribunal matters both taking and defending
